Modplan Factories

Modplan products are manufactured in approximately 75,000 sq. ft split into four factories located near Newport in South Wales. State of the art manufacturing equipment, consistent throughout the four factories ensures that all finished product is consistent in its high quality finish. Continual investment in both plant and people means that Modplan is able to take advantage of advanced technology, in order to remain at the forefront of technology and that manufacturing efficiencies are delivered.
The introduction of a full cutting and machine centre has increased capacity within our Matrix FS plant.

Modplan are an approved NVQ training centre where all employees are given the opportunity to improve their skills and capabilities. All products are continually assessed throughout the fabrication process to ensure that they meet the needs of our customers. From receipt of order right through to delivery and after sales support you can rest assured that the product and service you receive will not just meet, but exceed your expectations.

Modplan’s own delivery fleet consists of a mixture of well maintained Mercedes 7.5 tonne purpose built lorries and sprinter vans, to allow access in even the most restricted of areas. All vehicles are fitted with a tracking system and drivers are equipped with mobile phones whch mean that if there are any delays, which result in a delay, you will be notified.
