Ultraframe has a worldwide reputation for quality and maintains the position of Europe's leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of conservatory roofing systems.
The Ultraframe Classic Roofing System combines state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies with elegant, contemporary designs. The strong, rigid, lightweight, aluminium roofing system offers incomparable benefits and has been developed over 20 years by extensive Research and Development. Ultraframe continues to invest in this, its core system, with a regular programme of product development.
The Classic System allows unique consumer personalisation by offering a wide range of decorative features including dentil moulding and Ultraselect. A key advantage of using the Ultraframe Classic Roofing System is its flexibility to cope with any roof design and configuration. The system offers a complete range of polycarbonate and glazing and profile colour options including white, deeplas, brown, mahogany, light oak and rosewood.
This one piece structural aluminium extrusion is thermally clad, with a PVCu Ridge capping fixed internally with a self tightening T-bolt. The patented ventilated ridge system has self sealing rain baffle for securing glazing material and a die cast end to allow attachment of the patented speedlok and glazing bar.
Trickle Ventilation - Incorporated into every roofing system is the high security patented trickle ventilation system allowing a constant flow of air. A steady flow of air is essential in any conservatory to minimise condensation and reduce heat gain in those summer months. In addition, a selection of fans and roof vents are available, manually or electronically opened.
Eavesflow - Introducing ventilation as low down as possible is desirable to create a cross-flow of air. The Eavesflow Unit is ideal when the design features a multi-eaves beam, providing cross-flow ventilation and aiding the natural convection currents by which air circulates in a conservatory
Ridgeflow - The Ridgeflow patented self-regulating ventilation unit has the ability to produce four air changes every hour in an average 3m x 3m conservatory without in any way compromising security. Ridgeflow is mechanically assisted and thermostatically controlled, so it carries on working even when you are out.
Glazing Bar System
The combined Transom and Victorian glazing bar system gives greater resistance to torsional and compressive forces. Attachment at the ridge end is via the revolutionary speedlok, which allows up to 15 bars to be attached easily. A series of thermally clad bars are available to suit varying spans and share a common range of snap-fit cappings, available in a selection of coloured finishes and glazing options.
